    Looks like Busch Gardens in the Arroyo, but I no idea what's going on! Looks like "Dangerous Liaisons".

    I agree that it looks like Busch Gardens, specifically the Old Mill, but as to what they are doing...? ACTING! The rich folk in The Adventures of Robin Hood?
